Director of Client Experience
Natalia Vilchis serves as the Director of Client Experience overseeing Wambi’s Client Success Team, Growth Operations, and Platform Learning & Engagement initiatives. To keep it simple, Natalia loves to find opportunities to create WOW experiences between Wambi and its customers.
Natalia’s passion for creating engaging client experiences stems from 8 years of operating her own business and over 10 years of developing customer programming in both the non & for-profit sectors. In addition to having a strong focus on the customer, Natalia has been recognized for her ability to develop strong teams and dedication to helping team members reach their full potential.
Natalia graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude, and later went back to school to received her Esthetician License which opened the door to the healthcare industry for her.
Natalia lives at the Jersey Shore with her husband and bulldog, Courage. In her free time, she enjoys listening to audio books in her hammock, dancing to anything with a good beat, watching WWE with her husband, and volunteering at her church.
