Healthcare Leaders Happy Hour with Boston Children’s Executive VP Dick Argys

Join us on Thursday, September 16th at 6 PM EST for a 1-hr networking happy hour with Boston Children’s Executive VP, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief of Culture and Operations, Dick Argys.

In the face of the pandemic, struggling employees have turned to healthcare executives as a source of guidance. But how does one lead effectively through uncharted territory? Since the Covid outbreak, implementing culture initiatives has become even more of a challenge with the constant need to evaluate, engage, and advance all levels of the organization, all while simultaneously navigating a parallel pandemic of burnout.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and inaugural Chief of Culture and Operations at Boston Children’s Hospital, Demosthenes (Dick) Argys is passionate about supporting an environment that engages staff and builds the leaders and teams of tomorrow. With the successful application of innovative strategies such as the utilization of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and junior talent sponsorship by senior leaders, Boston Children’s Hospital is strategically creating conversations for change, ushering in a new way of optimizing employee satisfaction and engagement at work. This interactive discussion will include actionable ways Boston Children’s Hospital has continued to advance their mission while preparing leaders to succeed in a constantly changing environment.

Note: This leadership happy hour is ONLY for healthcare executives and leaders.

After registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique link to join the webinar. Download the calendar invite to save the date.
