Chief Product Officer
With a rich background in Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Security, Paul’s 23 years of experience as a technology liaison for business leaders to identify, design, and deliver software solutions to solve real-world problems is influential in Wambi’s current operations and future growth.
Paul specializes in building high-performing, motivated teams. His favorite accomplishments include identifying root-cause business problems and suggesting creative solutions. Prior to co-founding Coactive, Paul designed software solutions and consulted for Big Pharma companies like Lilly, Amgen, and Pfizer in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Paul’s formal education at Purdue University in Lafayette, IN was layered with founding his own security consulting company and paved the way for him to become an ongoing student of industry, gaining certifications and training to serve his own goals and the goals of the great companies he has been a part of. A few of his favorites are more recent certifications as a Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
Paul has a huge list of for-fun hobbies, including living on a small family farm with horses, sheep, and chickens. He loves riding horses with his kids and tending to other animals. From working on his wood lathe to rock climbing, snowboarding, and surfing, he has no shortage of energy for the outdoors. His more “professional” outdoor interests are teaching a wilderness survival and preparedness class and serving as Deputy Chief for his county CERT (community emergency response team) program.
